    It’s a valid point. One well placed story and it can be a boon for your oicffe. I learned my mistake with the no comment. The article did not present my client’s side of the story as well. The resulting bad publicity for my client made pretrialmuch more difficult for me and the prosecutor. It’s not fair, but you can lose control of your case.
